World Video Standards conversion
There are several different and incompatible video formats in use around the world. Video broadcasts and recorded material in the US will not play on equipment in Europe for example - and vice versa! We can convert almost any world standard to another!
• NTSC: The video system used in North America and Japan.
• PAL: The video system used in Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong.
• SECAM: The video system used in France and Russia and formerly also in the Eastern Block countries (they now use PAL). All facts in this article about PAL are true for SECAM, too.
